  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3073 of 2015

ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioners fairly submits that the suit,

being O.S.No.72 of 2010, itself came to be closed, by the Court

below vide judgment dated 15.06.2016, as such, nothing survives

for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision

Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
