          CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 978 of 2016

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by petitioners/plaintiff

Nos.1 to 6, 8, 9, 12 to 14 questioning the docket order dated

24.11.2015 passed by the learned IV Junior Civil Judge, City

Civil Court, Hyderabad, dismissing I.A.No.510 of 2014 in

O.S.No.550 of 2014, filed by the plaintiffs for appointment of

Advocate Commissioner to measure public road.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned

Junior Civil Judge's Court, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to

be dismissed as not pressed, by the Court below vide judgment

dated 22.01.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
