COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)


1.     Learned counsel for the parties state in unison that pursuant to

the order passed on 15.07.2021, the order dated 22.11.2019 passed in

W.P.No.8070 of 2018 has been complied with. The appellants have

reinstated the respondent No.1 in service and paid him wages from the

date of suspension till reinstatement along with continuity of service.

2. Mr. Ravi Kondaveeti, learned counsel for the respondent No.1

states that aggrieved by the order dated 15.07.2021 passed in the

present proceedings, the appellants had preferred three SLPs,

registered as S.L.P.Nos.011180/2021-011182/2021, and the same

were dismissed as withdrawn on 30.07.2021. Only after the said

dismissal order, were compliances made by the appellants.

3. Mr. Harender Pershad, learned Special Government Pleader

appearing for the appellants however submits that the review

application filed by the appellants seeking review of the order dated

22.11.2019 has yet to be listed before the learned Single Judge,

though a direction was issued by this court on the last date of hearing

that the Registry should list the said application before the appropriate

Bench on 13.08.2021. Registry shall ensure that the review

application filed by the appellants in W.P.No.8070 of 2018 is listed

before the appropriate Bench on 14.09.2021.

4. With the consent of the parties, the present appeals are closed

along with the pending applications, if any.
