COMMON JUDGMENT:

      These appeals were referred to Lok Adalat wherein the

matter has been settled and accordingly, an Award has been

passed on 10.04.2021.


      In view of the same, both the appeals are disposed of in

terms of the Award dated 10.04.2021.


      Miscellaneous petitions pending in these appeals, if any,

shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
