THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI
AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY
WA.No.362 of 2019
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. The present appeal is directed against an order dated 17.12.2018
passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing W.P.No.17451 of 2004
filed by the appellant/writ petitioner being aggrieved by an order dated
17.02.2004 passed by the Labour Court allowing an application for
impleadment of the appellant/writ petitioner as a second respondent in
MP.No.60 of 2002.
2. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner
states that instead of pressing the present appeal, his client may be
permitted to reserve the right to take all the pleas regarding the
absence of master-servant relationship between the appellant/writ
petitioner and the employees of M/s. Jaswal Granites Limited
Company. We may note that such a liberty has already been granted
by the learned Single Judge in para 3 of the impugned order.
3. Be that as it may, at the request of learned counsel for the
appellant, the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with
the pending applications, if any.
