JUDGMENT:

The matter is listed under the caption 'for withdrawal' in

view of the memo, dated 03.08.2021, filed by the learned Counsel

for the appellants.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

counsel for the appellants seeks permission of the Court to

withdraw the Second Appeal.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

The Second Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
