JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)


1.     Learned counsel for the respondent states that the parties have

appeared before the Lok Adalat and an Award dated 10.07.2021 has

been passed, a copy whereof has been filed.

2. None is present on behalf of the appellant.

3. In view of the aforesaid settlement arrived at between the

parties before the Lok Adalat, nothing further survives for

adjudication in the present appeal, which is accordingly disposed of

along with the pending applications, if any, while taking on record the

Award.
