  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

               SECOND APPEAL No. 340 of 2011

JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for appellant seeks permission of this

Court to withdraw this Second Appeal in view of settlement

reached between the parties outside the Court. He filed a memo

dated 27.02.2020 to that effect.

Permission is accorded and this Second Appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
