         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 335 of 2018

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order

dated 09.01.2018 dismissing I.A.No.962 of 2017 in O.S.No.928

of 2016 on the file of VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga

Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of Senior Civil

Judge, Ranga Reddy District, the said suit itself came to be

decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 04.06.2018.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition. `

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
