  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

        CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5537 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order

dated 09.08.2017 dismissing I.A.No.162 of 2017 in O.S.No.473

of 2014 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of Senior Civil

Judge, Huzurnagar, the said suit itself came to be dismissed by

the Court below vide judgment dated 29.01.2019 .

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
