JUDGMENT:

Sri Deepak Misra, learned counsel for the appellant, submits

that the sole appellant died on 03.08.2019 and as per his

information, there are no legal representatives to him.

Recording the above submission, the Second Appeal is

dismissed as abated.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand
