         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 6895 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the docket

order dated 03.08.2017 allowing I.A.No.301 of 2016 in

O.S.No.114 of 2011 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge,

Jangaon.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of Junior Civil

Judge, Jangaon, the said suit itself came to be dismissed for want

of prosecution by the Court below vide judgment dated

26.07.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
