Order

1. The instant writ petition has been preferred by the
petitioners seeking a direction for the respondents to make
payment of wages due to the petitioner as prescribed for highly
skilled workman by the State of Rajasthan as per the provisions of
Minimum Wages Act, 1948 from their initial date of appointment.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue
involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision
rendered by a Single Bench of this court in a bunch of writ
petitions, wherein the leading case was Prem Singh & Ors. Vs.
State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No3586/2011) decided
on 02.11.2012, which order has bas further been affirmed by the
Division Bench of this court vide judgment dated 24.08.2017
passed in DBSAW No.247/2013 (State of Rajasthan & Ors.
Vs. Nemi Chand & Ors.).
3. In view of the above and on a perusal of the order/judgment
afore-mentioned, the instant writ petition is allowed with a
direction to the respondents to make payment of wages to the
petitioners as prescribed for skilled workman by the State of
Rajasthan as per the provisions of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.
The benefit shall be given in the same manner as has been done

in the case of petitioners in the case referred to above. The order
be complied within a period of two months from the date of
receipt of a copy of this order.
