1. Learned counsel representing the petitioner, at the outset,

makes a limited submission that respondents may be directed to

consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner

dated 02.01.2026 (Annex.7) by way of passing a speaking order

within a particular time period and in light of the notification dated

23.01.2023 (Annex.4).

2. In light of such limited submission, it is hereby directed that

the pending representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2026

(Annex.7) shall be decided by respondents in light of the

notification dated 23.01.2023 (Annex.4), by way of passing a

speaking order strictly in accordance with law within a period of

'four weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
