1. Petitioner has filed this petition with the following prayer:

"It is, therefore, humbly and respectfully prayed that this writ petition of the petitioner may kindly be allowed:-

A. Issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, directing the Respondents to release the full and final differential amount/arrears of salary to the Petitioners, along with interest at the prevailing bank rate from the date the payment became due till the date of actual payment.

B. Issue a suitable Writ, Order or Direction, further directing the Respondents to grant all consequential benefits, including revised fixation of pay, allowances, and other service benefits along with actual cash payment as the services of Petitioners had actually counted from 15.04.2015. C. Issue an appropriate writ, order or directions in the nature thereof, the respondents be directed to grant actual cash benefit in favour of Petitioners were released in favour of similarly situated candidates namely Dal Chand.

D. Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner. E. Writ petition filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed with costs."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset submits

that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, respondents are

directed to decide the representation submitted by petitioner for

raising his grievance.

3. In view of the limited submission made by learned counsel

for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of

this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a
