AWARD OF LOK ADALAT Date: 10.05.2025 The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today.

The MACT, District Banswara by its judgment and award dated 19.08.201 1 in MAC Case No.15212010 awarded a sum of Rs.52,0001- alongwith interest @ 8 % per annum.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wants to withdraw the present

appeal with liberty to move an application for recalling of this order in the event an

appeal is found to have been filed by claimantlowner/driver of the vehicle. As the

a&ellant Company has decided to comply with the award impugned in the spirit of

Lok Adalat, this appeal is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Registry is directed to send back the record forthwith.
