1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following
prayers:-
"(1) That the impugned action of the Respondents in terminating the services of the Petitioners after every session and every now and then, may be condemned and the Respondents may be directed to continue the petitioners on their said place of posting until the joining of the regularly selected candidates.
(2). That the respondents may kindly be restrained from issuing new advertisements and discontinuing the services of the petitioners and may be directed to grant priority and preference to petitioners in their respective colleges in the light of Ram Chaturvedi's case decided by this Hon'ble Court at Jaipur Bench and continue the services of the petitioners till the vacant available posts are not being filled by the respondents through regular recruitment process.
(3). The advertisements passed in pursuance to the order dated 21.01.2025 (Annex.-12) and 29.06.2025 (An.13) and orders of similar nature issued by the respondent may kindly be quashed and the respondents may kindly be directed to give priority to the petitioners while making any posting or new engagements. (4). The respondents may kindly be refrained from issuing advertisements for posts on which the petitioners and similarly situated persona are already working and they may not be replaced by any kind of deputation."
3. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
petitioners will be satisfied if a liberty is granted to them to file an
appropriate representation before the respondent-authorities for
redressal of their grievances and the respondents may be directed
to decide the same in accordance with law while keeping in mind
the judgments rendered by this Court as well as circulars issued
by the respondents.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case
such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and
decided by keeping in mind the judgment rendered by this Court
at Jaipur Bench dated 28.08.2023 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition
[2025:RJ-JD:29086] (5 of 5) [CW-12801/2025]
No.1474/2023 (Ram Chaturvedi & Ors. Vs. State of
Rajasthan & Ors.) as well as the circulars issued in compliance
thereof dated 17.11.2021, 26.07.2024, 18.03.2025, 20.03.2025
& 28.04.2025 issued by the respondents expeditiously.
5. In view of the submissions made before this Court, the
present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners
to file an appropriate representation before the respondents for
redressal of their grievances and in case such representation is
filed, the respondents are directed to decide the same while
keeping in mind the judgments rendered by this Court as well as
circulars issued by the respondents at the earliest preferably
within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such
representation, strictly in accordance with law.
