1. Petitioner is before this Court seeking appropriate direction

to the respondents to quash the communication dated 23.05.2019

declaring the petitioner ineligible for appointment on the post of

Teacher Gr.-II for subject Hindi pursuant to the advertisement

dated 13.07.2016 on the ground of not having divorce decree

prior to the date of declaration of first result dated 15.02.2018.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner candidly states that during

pendency of the writ petition a Division Bench judgment was

rendered in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.72/2022 : The

Secretary, Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer, decided

on 10.11.2022 and in view thereof, the controversy raised by the

petitioner has since been decided against him, the writ petition

has to be dismissed.

3. It is so ordered accordingly in view of the aforesaid

statement.

4. All the pending application(s), if any, stand(s) dismissed.
