1. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is

covered by an order dated 09.08.2019 passed by a Division Bench

of this Court in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ)

No.1733/2018 : Virendra Kumar & Ors. Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors. He submits that the petitioner is sanguine that

if the respondents consider the representation of the petitioner in

light of the aforesaid judgment, she will be meted out with

favorable treatment.

2. In view of the aforesaid, without commenting on the merits

of the case, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with

a direction to the competent authority to decide the

representation (may file fresh, if not already filed) of the

[2025:RJ-JD:1952] (2 of 2) [CW-21762/2024]

petitioners, in accordance with law, keeping in view the

observations made in the case of Virendra Kumar (supra), as

expeditiously as possible.
