1. Petitioner herein, working as Assistant Accounts Officer, inter-alia, seeks quashing of two orders i.e. dated 15.01.2025 (Annex.5), vide which he has been transferred from Rajasthan State Forest Development Corporation Ltd., Regional Office, Suratgarh, Ganganagar to Shree Guru Sharan Chhabra Govt. College, Suratgarh and dated 17.01.2025 (Annex.6), vide which he has been relieved.

2. In view of the detailed order dated 28.01.2025 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1775/2025 (Devendra Choudhary Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), no fresh adjudication is warranted.

3. The instant petition is disposed of in same terms as the judgment rendered in Devendra Choudhary ibid. Reasons and discussion recorded therein be read part and parcel of instant order.

4. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
