1. Matters being similar as was in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.3804/2024 (Rajesh Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), the

present petitions are also dismissed as per Appendix 'B' of

judgment, ibid. The reasons for dismissal stated in the aforesaid

judgment shall be treated as part and parcel of this order.

2. All pending applications are disposed of accordingly.
