1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. There are allegations by a police personnel that a demand of

fifty thousand rupees out of which which some was given to him.

This Court feels that in light of the judgment passed by Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab

[(2012) 10 SCC 303] wherein it has propounded that the cases

pertaining to rape, dacoity, murder, mental depravity and

prevention of corruption act cannot be quashed by exercising

extraordinary powers even by the High Court.

3. In view of the above, no case is made out for quashing of the

FIR.

4. Accordingly, the instant misc. petition as well as stay petition

is dismissed.
