1. Petitioner herein, inter-alia, seeks a direction to the

respondents to accord her notional fixation of salary as well as

seniority from the date appointments were given to the similarly

situated counterparts, pursuant to the advertisement of the year

2015 for the post of Lecturer (School).

2. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is

covered by an order dated 15.02.2019 passed by a Single Bench

of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1334/2019 : Jitendra

Singh Khichar & Ors. Vs. Principal Secretary & Ors. He submits

that the petitioner is sanguine that if the respondents consider the

representation of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment,

she will be meted out with favorable treatment.

3. In view of the aforesaid, without commenting on the merits

of the case, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with

a direction to the competent authority to decide the

representation (may file fresh, if not already filed) of the

petitioner, in accordance with law, keeping in view the

observations made in the case of Jitendra Singh Khichar (supra),

as expeditiously as possible.
