1. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent jontly
submit that the controversy involved in the present case stands
squarely covered by the judgment of this Court dated 24.11.2025,
passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1939/2025 (Ambika College of
Nursing v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), wherein this Court observed
as under:-

"1. The present writ petition has been filed with the following
prayers:-
'1. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the
respondents may be directed to activate and verify the
name/weblink of the petitioner institute on the
scholarship portal in order for students to avail the
scholarship benefits for conducting B.Sc.(N) Course for
the academic session 2024-25; and;
2. the respondents may also be directed to allow all
the students admitted by the virtue of the interim order
of this Court to coduct the BSC nursing course and all
consequential relief(s).'
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an identical
petition being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11007/2022
(Radha Krsihna Nursing Education Institute Bhilwara Vs.
The Rajasthan Nursing Council, Jaipur and Ors.) has been
disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated
04.09.2023, wherein it was observed as under:-
'1. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement
that the controversy involved in the present case is
squarely covered by the decision of a coordinate
Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in a bunch of
writ petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.11841/2022 (Ganpati Keshyo Rai College of
Nursing V/s The State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and
other connected matters decided on 21.10.2022.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that
they will check the eligibility of the petitioner-
Institute while keeping into consideration the
aforementioned judgment.
3. For the self same reasons, the present writ petition
is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the
Jaipur Bench of this Court in the case of Ganpati
Keshyo Rai College of Nursing (Supra). However, the
eligibility of the admission of the students shall be
reckoned keeping in view the last date of admission
fixed by the respondents and also orders passed by
this Court, if applicable.
4. It is made clear that if any grievance remains, the
petitioner Institute shall be at liberty to approach this
Court again.
5. All pending applications also stand disposed of.'
3. He further submits that the present petition may also be
decided in the same terms as in the said writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the
above submissions made by the learned counsel for the
petitioner.
5. In view of the submissions made above, the present writ
petition is disposed of in the same terms as Radha Krsihna
Nursing Education Institute Bhilwara (supra).
6. Stay petition also stands disposed of accordingly."
2. Accordingly, the present writ petitions are disposed of in the
same terms as Radha Krishna Nursing Education Institute
Bhilwara (supra).
3. All pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
