1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the revenue, at the outset, fairly submits

that this petition may not survive in view of dismissal of appeal by

this Court in D.B Income Tax Appeal No.101/2015, decided on

11.10.2017 against which SLP filed in the Supreme Court was also

dismissed on 13.07.2018.

3. Having perused the aforesaid two orders, this petition does

not survive and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
