1. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is

covered by an order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court

in the case of Satdev Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B.

CivilWrit Petition No.9899/2019, decided on 25.07.2019. He

submits that the respondents may be directed to consider the

representation of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, without commenting on

the merits of the case, the petition filed by the petitioner is

disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide

the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law,

keeping in view the observations made in the case of

Satdev(supra), as expeditiously as possible

3. The order has been passed based on the submissions made

in the petition, the respondents would be free to examine the

veracity of the submissions made in the petition and only in case

the averments made therein are found to be correct, the petitioner

would be entitled to the relief.
