At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits

that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is

squarely covered by the judgment dated 14.03.2022 passed by a

coordinate bench in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1964/2022 and

submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to submit a

representation in light of the said judgment and the respondents

may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioners

within the stipulated time frame.

In view of the submissions made, this Court deems it

appropriate to direct the petitioners to submit a representation

before the respondents within the period of 10 days from today

and the respondents upon receiving such representation shall

decide the same within the period of one month from the date of

receipt of the representation by way of passing a speaking order

strictly in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

Stay petition and all pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed of.
