On last date, i.e., 15.10.2024, following order was passed:-
"Learned counsel for the respondents submits
that the petitioner(s), who is working as on date
through Rajasthan Medical Relief Society, shall not be

replaced by another contractual employee and prays
for disposal of writ petition in terms thereof. He, in
support of his submission, relies upon a co-ordinate
Bench order of this Court dated 15.04.2024 passed in
the case of Vinod Kundara Vs. The State of
Rajasthan and Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.505/2022 and other connected matters.
None for the petitioners. None had appeared on
their behalf on last date, i.e., 24.09.2024 as well.
However, in the interest of justice, they are granted
one more opportunity to oppose the prayer.
List the matter on 19.10.2024 at 02:00 PM."
Today also, none appears for the petitioner.
In view thereof, this civil writ petition is disposed of in view
of statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents on
the last date, i.e., 15.10.2024. Pending application(s), if any, also
stands disposed of.
