The present petition is filed for clarification/modification of
the judgment and order dated 15.07.2024 passed by this Bench in
S.B.C.W.P. No. 13036/2009 titled as Raghuveer Narayan vs.
State of Rajasthan & Ors.
It is submitted that this Court has directed that the retiral
benefits due qua the petitioner be released to the legal heirs of
the petitioner, in accordance with the provisions of the law, within
a period of two months from the date of the pronouncement of
this Judgment/order, wherein, it is made clear that any delay in
the release of the due amount shall attract an interest at the rate
of 10% per annum or, as otherwise applicable, as per the
provisions of law (Para-16). Lastly, learned counsel for the
petitioner has sought clarification on terms of legal heir.
Considering the abovesaid, and upon scanning of the record
it is noted that the present petition pertains to a separate lis,
therefore, if any grievance is faced by the petitioner, petitioner is
at liberty to take appropriate remedy before the appropriate
forum.
Accordingly, the present application is disposed of.
