this Court at Jaipur in the case of Yogesh Kumar Pareek Vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.3534/2009, decided on 20.01.2014.

2. In view of the aforesaid consensus between learned counsel

for the parties, the present petition is also disposed of by joint

consent in the same terms as judgment ibid.
