1. For the reasons stated in the application (IA No.01/2024),

prayer for preponement of date in the case is allowed and the

main case is taken up on Board today itself.

2. Application is disposed of.

Main Case

1. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioner states that the issue raised in the present writ petition is

covered by an order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in

case of Vasudev & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B.

Civil Writ Petition No.15470/2022, & other connected matters,

decided on 24.08.2023. She submits that the respondents may be

directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in light of

the aforesaid judgment.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents is also agreeable to the

submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Without commenting on the merits of case, in view of the

aforesaid joint submission, the competent authority of

respondents is directed to decide the representation of the

petitioner in accordance with law, keeping in view the

observations made in the case of Vasudev (supra), as

expeditiously as possible.
