raised by the petitioner herein is no more res-integra in view of
the judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Seema Gupta
& Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.10843/2019, decided on 06.08.2019.
2. In view of the aforesaid consensus, the instant writ petition
is also disposed of by joint consent in the same terms as
judgment ibid.
