1. The application for obtaining certified copy of the judgment

has been dismissed by the Office of District Judge, Ganga

Nagar for the reason that the original order was not with the

file and since a copy of a certified copy cannot be given,

therefore, the office has shown its inability to provide a

certified copy.

2. In view of the above, the misc. petition is disposed of.

3. The petitioner is better advised to move appropriate

application for getting certified copy before the appropriate

forum where original record is lying.
