1. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that similar

controversy has already been decided by a Coordinate Bench of

this Court at Jaipur in the case of Vijay Singh v. State of

Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.21/2020,

decided on 21.07.2023.

2. In view of the aforesaid consensus, the instant writ petition

is also disposed of by joint consent in the same terms as

judgment ibid.

3. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
