1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the controversy

involved in the present case is squarely covered by a judgment

dated 25.04.2024 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.4199/2024 titled as "Hariyala Rajasthan Gaushala Vikash

Sansthan vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.".

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for

the parties, the writ petition is allowed with a direction to the

(2 of 2) [CW-9418/2024]

respondents to disburse the grants already sanctioned in favour of

the petitioner in pursuance of the sanction order dated

16.01.2024.

3. As far as the future grants and benefits are concerned, the

respondents will be free to take action after giving a fair

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner-Gaushala by passing an

appropriate, reasoned and speaking order, if they so desire.
