1. Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that
the issue involved in this bunch of writ petitions is squarely
covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in a bunch of writ
petitions led by SBCWP No.11242/2023 titled as "Bhansali
Dyeing Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors." decided on 09.04.2023.
2. Learned counsel Mr. D.S. Sodha is directed to put in
appearance in the matter for the respondents Nos.3 to 6. He is in
agreement to the submission made by learned counsel for the
petitioners.
3. In view of the statements made hereinabove, the present
writ petitions stand disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered
by this Court in the case of Bhansali Dyeing (supra).
4. Stay applications as well as all other pending applications, if
any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
