controversy has already been decided by a Coordinate Bench of

this Court at Jaipur in the case of Marudhar Balika Vidyapeeth

Vidyawadi Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.6082/2020.

2. In view of the aforesaid consensus between learned counsel

for the parties, the present petition is also disposed of in same

terms as judgment ibid.

3. All pending application(s), if any, also disposed of.
