1. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that similar

controversy has already been decided by a coordinate Bench of

this Court at Jaipur in the case of Manoj Khandelwal & Ors. v.

State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.7283/2014, decided on 16.07.2014.

2. In view of the aforesaid consensus between learned counsel

for the parties, the present petition is also disposed of by joint

consent in the same terms as judgment ibid.

3. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
