1. Both the learned counsels are ad idem that the controversy

raised by the petitioners herein is no more res-integra in view of

[2024:RJ-JD:23591] (2 of 2) [CW-2507/2019]

the judgment rendered by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court at

Jaipur in the case of Dhanraj Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12846/2017, decided on

15.01.2018.

2. In view of the aforesaid consensus, the instant writ petition

is also disposed of by joint consent in the same terms as

judgment ibid.

3. It is made clear that petitioner be given benefit of the

judgment ibid after relieving him from the post in terms of interim

order dated 19.02.2019.

4. All pending application(s), if any, also disposed of.
