Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report

dated 13.05.2024 sent by SHO Police Station Nangal Rajawtan,

District Dausa, as per which, the criminal case No.2416/2021

arising out of FIR No.69/2021 registered at Police Station Nangal

Rajawtan, District Dausa has been decided before the learned trial

court vide judgment dated 03.04.2024. The same is taken on

record.

In view of the above factual position, prayer made in this

petition does not survive any more.

Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as

having rendered infructuous.

Stay application is also disposed of.
