This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the

respondents no.6 to 23 to remove the encroachment on the

Government Land in Village Buhana, Tehsil Buhana, District

Jhunjhunu.

This writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the

petitioner to approach the Public Land Protection Cell (for short

"the PLPC"), Jhunjhunu for redressal of his grievance(s).

It goes without saying that if any such representation is filed

by the petitioner, the same shall be addressed by the PLPC as per

the directions issued by a Division Bench Judgment of this Court

dated 30.01.2019 in the case of Jagdish Prasad Meena & Ors.

Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: DB Civil Writ Petition (PIL)

No.10819/2018.

Pending application (s), if any, also stands disposed of

accordingly.
