1. By filing this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the

order dated 15.06.2021 (Annexure-1), issued by the Office of

Registrar, Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of issuance of

order dated 30.07.2021 by the respondents, no further cause of

action survives in the present writ petition and the writ petition

has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of having become

infructuous.

4. Since the main petition has been disposed of, the stay

application and all pending application/s, if any, also stand
