Matter pertains to the Year 2009.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that
the controversy before this Court has already been resolved vide
[2024:RJ-JP:21775] (3 of 3) [CW-2976/2009]
the dictum of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court as enunciated in
S.B.C.W.P No.12718/2009 titled as Smt. Radha Rani Sharma
& Anr. Versus State of Rajasthan and Ors., against the
petitioner.
None has marked appearance on behalf of the petitioner to
refute the above noted contention.
Accordingly, in view of the above and taking note of the
judgment of Radha Rani Sharma (Supra), the instant petition is
dismissed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
