Learned Senior Counsel for the respondent-University,

inviting attention of this Court towards the Clause 7 of the Letter

dated 13.03.2024 issued by the Commissionerate, College

Education, Rajasthan, Jaipur and the Regulation 10(2) of the

National Council for Teacher Education [Recognition Norms and

Procedure] Regulations, 2014 (for brevity "the Regulations of

2014"), would submit that members of the petitioners-

associations are under an obligation to upload/provide the

requisite information as stipulated therein. He submits that if the

aforesaid information is uploaded/supplied, the University of

Rajasthan would take a decision with regard to affiliation of the

members of the petitioner-associations after carrying out

inspection qua the aforesaid information, if required.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner in SB Civil Writ

Petition No.7068/2019 and learned counsel for the petitioner in SB

Civil Writ Petition No.6380/2024 have no objection for

uploading/providing the aforesaid information and the inspection

by the University of Rajasthan limited to the aforesaid information.

They pray that the writ petitions may be disposed of in terms

thereof.

Heard. Considered.

Taking into considerations the contentions advanced by the

learned Senior Counsels/Counsel for the respective parties, these

writ petitions are disposed of in following terms as agreed and

requested by them:-

1. The members of the petitioners-

associations shall upload/provide the requisite information in terms of the Clause 7 of the Letter dated 13.03.2024 as also the Regulation 10 (2) of the Regulations of 2014 within a period of two days from today, i.e., on or before 08.05.2024.

2. The respondent-University shall pass necessary order with regard to affiliation within the time frame laid down by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.09.2016 in the case of Smt. Jyanki Devi Teacher Training College versus The State of Rajasthan: DB Civil Writ Petition (CW) No.6237/2014.

3. The respondent-university shall be at liberty to carry out inspection, if so required, confined only to the aforesaid information.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
