Judgment

1. The bail application is pending before this Court since 2021,

no endeavor are being made to the appellant to pursue the case.

On several occasions, no one appeared on behalf of the appellant.

2. I have gone through the niceties of the matter. It is reflecting

that there are allegations of molestation of a minor and

kidnapping a girl.

3. No case is made out, the criminal appeal is dismissed

accordingly.
