2. According to the letter dated 14.03.2024 received from the
trial court, trial in sessions case No.55/2017 has already been
concluded. Vide judgment dated 21.10.2019, the accused-
respondent has been convicted and sentenced for life.
3. In view of the above, prayer made in this petition does not
survive anymore.
4. Consequently, this petition is dismissed as having rendered
infructuous.
