permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file

fresh one.

In view of the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, the

present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the

petitioner to file fresh one in case need arises, on the basis of

fresh cause of action.
