Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that an
identical controversy was put to rest by the Co-ordinate Bench of
this Court in SBCWP No. 4574/2009 titled as Inderraj Poswal
vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors, wherein the petitions were
dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner duly conceded before the
court that the controversy involved in the present petition, is
indistinguishable from that already settled in Inderraj Poswal
(Supra).

Considering the same, the present petitions are dismissed in
light of the above referred judgment.
