At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly

concedes that having gone through the judgment rendered by a

Coordinate Bench of this Court in Santosh Kumar v. State of

Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3874/2022, decided

on 30.01.2023, it transpires that petitioner's case is adversely hit

by the same.

This Court appreciates the fairness of learned counsel.

In view of the judgment ibid, the writ petition is accordingly

dismissed with consequences to follow.
