1. Mr. C.L. Saini, AAG puts in appearance on behalf of both the

respondents. Hence, service upon all the respondents is complete.

2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in

the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed

by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in case of Jorawar Singh

Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.

555/2005), decided on 07.11.2006.

3. Counsel for the respondent-State admits that yes, the issue

raised in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the

order passed in case of Jorawar Singh (supra) and these

petitions may also be disposed in same terms and directions as

given in case of Jorawar Singh (supra).

4. Accordingly, the present writ petitions are disposed off with

the directions to the respondents to allow the service benefits to

the petitioners by considering the date of initial appointment in

the Government service and the petitioners would be entitled for

consequential benefits, including the selection scale etc.

5. Since the main petitions have been disposed of, all pending

applications, if any, also stand disposed.

6. Registry is directed to place a copy of this order in each

connected files.
